We deliver worldwide.

No matter where you are in the world we have a print and distribution centre near you. For example, if you order from USA, your canvas will be made in USA and delivered from our USA distribution centre. We are partnered with 19 distribution centres around the world.

How long does it take to receive an order?

All our wall art items are made to order. We can usually have your canvas wraps ready for dispatch within 3 to 5  working days. Delivery times vary depending on location. The list below are average times.

  • Ireland: 5 to 10 business days from time of order.
  • UK: 5 to 10 business days from time of order.
  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days from time of order.
  • USA & Canada: 5 to 10 business days from time of order.
  • Rest of the World: All up to 14 business days from time of order.

Please be aware that times may vary depending on the time of year.

Customs: We are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply when shipping to countries outside the EU.

Returns and Refunds

You can return an item for any reason within 21 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following before returning an item:

  • You must contact us before returning an item (so we know to expect it and know who to refund).
  • It must not have been used. (if it’s scratched, scuffed, got finger prints etc, it’s considered used)
  • Must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Ensure the item is packed appropriately so it is not damaged during delivery. (if you still have the original box, pop it back in that).
  • We will refund the full original price paid.

What to do if your order was damaged upon receipt:

  • When you receive your order, please check it carefully for damage before signing for it (where a signature for delivery is required).
  • Where a signature is not required, check the item(s) immediately upon receiving your package.
  • Where damage is found, make a note of the damage on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.
  • If you can, take photos of the damaged area(s) (these can be sent to use when contacting us)
  • Do not try to use or fix the item.
  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE: For any returns or refund requests, you must contact us within 21 business days of receiving your order. Do not return an order before contacting us first.
